We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with a quote and to confirm whether your item is eligible for embroidery. Pricing for embroidery services starts at $30.00 and may vary based on the size, complexity, number of colors, and overall project details.

Because all of our pieces are made-to-order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns. Please double-check your order before submitting to ensure all personalization details — including graphics, colors, and fonts — are correct. We only offer refunds if a mistake is made on our end. If that happens, we’ll gladly work with you to either issue a full refund or create a brand-new item to make it right.

Our typical turnaround time for custom embroidery or heat press orders is 2–4 weeks unless otherwise communicated. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure checkout system.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier. The Bee's Knees Co. is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
