  • How do custom orders work?
    All of our items are fully customizable, including embroidery personalization, colors, and fonts! If you’d like to personalize something like a handwritten signature, company logo, or any other custom design, we charge a one-time $35.00 fee to convert your design into an embroidery-ready format. Feel free to email us with any questions or ideas you have!
  • How long will it take to receive my items?
    As a small business, our current turnaround time for custom orders is 2–4 weeks. For bulk orders of more than 10 items, please allow up to 4 weeks for fulfillment. If you need your order sooner, please email us before placing your order to confirm if we can meet your timeline.
  • Can I send in my own items for embroidery?
    Definitely! We love breathing new life into your favorite pieces and giving your closet staples a personalized touch. To get started, simply fill out the custom embroidery form on our website. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with a quote and to confirm whether your item is eligible for embroidery. Pricing for embroidery services starts at $30.00 and may vary based on the size, complexity, number of colors, and overall project details.
  • What materials can we not embroider?
    Most fabrics are embroidery-friendly! However, certain materials — like very stretchy fabrics (such as socks or flex-fit baseball caps) or delicate, thin fabrics like satin and silk — can sometimes pull or pucker during stitching. If you’re unsure whether your item is a good fit for embroidery, simply fill out our form and we’ll be happy to take a look!
  • Do you accept returns or refunds?
    Because all of our pieces are made-to-order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns. Please double-check your order before submitting to ensure all personalization details — including graphics, colors, and fonts — are correct. We only offer refunds if a mistake is made on our end. If that happens, we’ll gladly work with you to either issue a full refund or create a brand-new item to make it right.

3. Turnaround Time

Our typical turnaround time for custom embroidery or heat press orders is 2–4 weeks unless otherwise communicated. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

 

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure checkout system.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier. The Bee's Knees Co. is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

 

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue, and we will do our best to resolve it.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, graphics, designs, and product images, is the property of The Bee’s Knees Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.
